Zulkifli Noordin hints at ‘surprise’
Sacked PKR MP Zulkifli Noordin today hinted that a “surprise” event would take place “very soon” during the current sitting of Parliament which would have a huge impact on the political situation in the country.
Without elaborating, the now-independent MP told The Malaysian Insider that the event could involve him or “any of the MPs”.
Asked if he meant that more defections could be expected, Zulkifli cryptically said: “It is your right to assume anything.”
He, however, said the purported event could occur “depending on the situation”.
“Because whatever that is to be done must be done when it would cause a big impact,” he said at the MPs lounge in the Parliament building here.
Zulkifli added that the event could be a positive one, depending on how people look at it.
He would not offer more details, saying that if he were to reveal more “it would no longer be a surprise”.
Meanwhile, Zulkifli said he was happy to be an independent, adding that he felt “free”.
“I feel better now. And I can do more. You can measure me from my speech later, my first one as an independent MP,” he said.
He added that now that he was no longer affiliated with the opposition, people had no problems approaching him.
“In fact, two senior police officers came to see me, asking me to highlight their issues. At least now being an independent gives me the opening to effect the changes that I always wanted,” he said.
Zulkifli is the latest addition to the independent bloc in Parliament after PKR sacked him for disciplinary problems.

Fellow Malaysians, let us ignore scums like this one, Ibrahim ali, Zahrain, Tan and so on. They will do anything for attention and notoriety. As if the rakyat do not know their real agendas and intentions, all denoted by huge $$ signs.
The GE13 is very near. Now let you talk big and use the last power you can while you still have. Do not think that with your two hands can cover the whole sky.
The Rakyat must teach and give this type of lousy politician the best lesson. You will not able to run away and the Rakyat definitely will let you taste this. The more you betray the Rakyat, the bitter you will taste. Wait and see, dump.
