The former Mentri Besar of Selangor, Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo has decided to ‘return’ his ‘Dato Seri’ title to the Selangor palace temporarily while he undergo the land fraud trial as a show of respect to the Sultan. Khir who holds the Seri Paduka Mahkota Selangor title, which carries the title ‘Dato Seri’ said that he will return the medal to the palace and had written last month to the palace concerning his intention and the palace has since agreed.
He said “The medal has been returned to avoid a state honorific title being tainted during the course of the trial. From now on, all media organisations and programme organisers must drop the ‘Dato Seri’ prefix and only use the name Dr Mohamad Khir bin Toyo,” He is being charged under Section 165 of the Penal Code for graft in relation to 2 plots of land in Section 7 in Shah Alam to buy it at a lower price. Since the charge, Khir has resigned as the opposition leader of the state and is awaiting trial.

Khir Toyo has lied all the way......the SS confirms that he has been asked by the sultan to do so because this title is suspended until the court finds him as charged or otherwise !
So what so honorable of him about this.....he twisted the truth & this simply shows that this character cannot be trusted anymore.
He has finished himself....n....we shall and will make him pay for laundering monies away while he was the MB like all expenses paid for him and his entourage (even his maids) to Europe & what nots....n the Charge he is now facing !
So what is he ?? A cheater besides ????
