Pakatan reps calling for emergency motion in Parliament on collapsed bridge

The bridge tragedy in Kampar where its collapse caused 1 pupil to drown and another 2 missing has caused many to protest for its cause. The Pakatan Rakyat Members of Parliament has called on an emergency motion to debate it in Parliament. M Kulasegaran and Lee Boon Chye, the Ipoh Barat DAP and Gopeng PKR representatives filed the motion and called on all 1Malaysia camping programmes to be halted until investigations complete. Kulasegaran asked "Why were the students allowed to cross the river that has such a strong current at night time?"
