Nizar calls for fresh elections to save the political crisis in Perak

Share
atuk Seri Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin, the former Mentri Besar of Perak has called for snap elections 8 months on after he has been ousted from his post. He said that in order to save the political crisis in the state, snap elections would be the best way. He was speaking to local news portal Malaysiakini where he said “It is absolutely crucial for voters to be allowed to go back to the ballot box because of the economic and constitutional havoc the crisis has wreaked. There is no other remedy. Investors are putting on the brakes.

Life may seem quite normal, but internally, there are financial constraints and economic activities are being hampered," The Federal Court is schedule to hear Nizar’s suit on the legitimate Menteri Besar of the state next month and so far, Nizar has yet to admit defeat. He has called on the current BN appointed MB Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir to dissolve the state assembly and call fresh elections. He said "My humble request to Zambry - if he wants to save Perak, help Perakians and put them first. He should seek the consent of the sultan to dissolve the state assembly. This will put him in a much more dignified position. I did that the minute the Kuala Lumpur High Court made a landmark decision. That is my commitment if the decision of the apex court is favourable to me. We want to show that we are not going to cling to power, but instead want the public to decide,"

This is the only solution but najis will surely disagree as this will drop his waterface. So 3rd force needed.
