High Court rules BALKIS’ dissolution and de-registration valid

Share
The High Court today granted a stay of execution for the decision made by the ROS (Registrar of Societies) BALKIS (Wives of Selangor Elected Representatives Association) will be dissolved and de-registered on February 11 but allowed for the continuation of operations for Kompleks Wawasan Balkis which is a charity centre for children managed by the association.

The Selangor government, Puan Sri Salbiah Tunut, the Menteri Besar’s wife, Kumpulan Daruk Ehsan Berhad and Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, had been granted leave in September last year to challenge the legitimacy of the decision made by the ROS to dissolve the association and de-register them.

Kah...kah...kah...UMNO Court. Who trust the courts of Malaysia nowadays. Come on...better for us to go and play play at the badminton court...

Maybe we should try it under the International Court or at Singapore Court and see what is the judgement. Kah...kah...kah...since our judges seem to be all 1/2 past sick. Rule according to the their twisted mouth and not rule of law.

Marilah semua judges-judges 1/2 past sick...mari kita main-main kat badminton court...lepas tu pergi food court makan-makan dula...last sekali pergi law court buat judgement main-main. Kah...kah...kah...funny judgements...Courts of Laughter.

Dissolution of Balkis is just to hide the corruption of the previous administration and to save toyols' ugly ass.
It is also to deprive the current administration of funds in any way possible.
