Alauddin Mohd Sheriff, the president of the Court of Appeal and Mohd Ghazali Mohd Yusof and Abdull Hamid Embong who are Federal Court judges made an unanimous decision that the sacking of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim from his deputy prime minister and Finance Minister was lawful. The sacking took place on 2 September 1998 where Anwar made a final appeal that it was unconstitional for his sacking from the posts then. Alauddin said “The then prime minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, had the authority under the Federal Constitution to sack his cabinet minister. The king, as a constitutional monarch, was required to act in accordance with the advice of the prime minister.” Anwar has brought the case to the High Court and Court of Appeal which both ruled that the then prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir did actually had the authority under the constitution to sack any ministers in the cabinet

Puppettier controlling puppets at that time, what can one do with a tyrant running the country at that time.
NO SURPRISE....WHAT CAN ONE EXPECT FROM "MONKEY JUDGES" SITTING IN A KANGAROO COURT?!
THE ONLY VERDICT THAT MATTERS, THE GUILTY IS ANSWERABLE TO ALLAH......
Of course everyone knows that those federal judges are profitting from the past and present pm for twisting facts into bullshits.
Late Judge Augustine must be happy because by now he knows that they are people will be joining him. in hell.
