Zaid Ibrahim quits PKR

Share
In what was seen as a widely anticipated move, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has announced that he is quitting opposition party PKR (Parti Keadilan Rakyat). Zaid recently joined the party polls where he contested for the deputy presidency’s position against vice-presidents Azmin Ali and Mustaffa Kamil Ayub. Zaid however withdrew from the from the race citing irregularities and fraud in the electoral process. Since then, he has also called for Azmin Ali and the de facto leader of PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to leave the party as they are the major causes of the problems.

Zaid, who was sacked from Umno joined PKR where he believed that he could play a significant role in the ‘reformasi’ agenda. He represented the Pakatan Rakyat in the recent by-election of Hulu Selangor, where he was defeated by BN (Barisan Nasional)’s P Kalamanathan. Sincer withdrawing from the elections, many quarters have predicted that he will leave the party and has not ruled out the possibility of forming a new party they termed ‘Keadilan Baru’.

Not a serious leader ! No credibility ! Junk him !

A man uncertain of oneself shouldn't become a politician at the beginning. Knowing the ability to accept patience a must. To learn the suffering without becoming angry or upset a must. A man without principle is not welcome as a good fighter especially if you are from the opposition party.
