Share
A high-powered M-16 rifle was reported to have been triggered during a tactical rescue training inside a Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Nuri helicopter in Pulau Labuan on June 10.

RMAF public relations officer Major Kamarulzaman Ali said no one was injured in the 11am incident which involved seven combat search and rescue personnel

At the time, he said, the aircraft experienced turbulence following strong winds.

At that juncture, the rifle fell and went off, he said.

Is there a low-powered M-16?

of course there are. don't you remember we have submarines that cannot dive?

The same type of guy who dropped the M16 and don't know how to use the safety catch will be manning the 6bil Submarine.

With the amount of billions dump into defense, do our military personnel know what they are doing or serious about what they are doing? This is like shooting own goal in Football. Are we actually going to be any good if we are attacked?
