Important documents missing from Iking’s seduction case

The much awaited case of a corporate figure enticing a famous local married celebrity Daphne Iking took another turn yesterday when several documents including paternity report, statement of complaint and a police report were missing from the appeal records.

The case involves Iking’s 32-year-old husband, Chong Yiing Yih accusing chief executive officer of Adidas, Choy Khin Ming for enticing his wife and lure Iking into having sexual contact with him.

Choy was accused for committing the offense at Taman Tun Dr Ismail from July 2007 and September 2008. The case took another turn when Akberdin Abdul Kader representing Choy revealed that the some of the documents were missing from the records.

Akberdin told High Court judge Justice Mohd Sofian Abd Razak that the appeal cannot go on without such important documents.
