Govt should reduce aid to Pakatan states so that they don’t benefit from the BN govt

Abdul Shukur Idrus, the Umno delegate of Selangor in debating the president’s speech at the party’s General Assembly has called on federal aids to opposition-ruled states to be reduced and said that such aid should instead be channeled directly to the people because the parties in the Pakatan Rakyat is benefiting through the socio-economic programmes and projects.

He said “The Pakatan Rakyat-ruled Selangor government gave RM1,000 to finance funeral arrangements to the people in the state while Umno provided RM300. The state government also provided RM1,500 to the elderly. The people in the state are talking about the opposition government giving aid to the people. Little do the people know that what the opposition government is giving comes from the Barisan Nasional Federal government,”

He added that “The Federal Government should reduce payments to the opposition state governments so that the people there could see which party provided greater assistance.” Another delegate Samsol Bari Jamali who is from Johor said that the compromise and fairness to all races by Umno is creating dissatisfaction among the Malay community. He said “Umno’s spirit of compromise and fairness for all races had created dissatisfaction among the Malays. This negative feeling was exacerbated by the divisive politics generated by the opposition parties to create hatred among the people for Umno. The Government implement the life quality index introduced by the Economic Planning Unit to help identify and help poor Malays. This method will enable Umno to provide proper and equitable assistance to the Malays,”

This excately what happen in Sabah & Sawarak, when BN channel funds into Sabah & Sawarak, many of these funds did not flow directly into the Sabah & Sawarak State goverment, it was 'control' by a group of Umnoputeras from the FG, all projects and payment had to be go through them instead of the East Malaysia state goverment..... meaning the FG 'gasak' the 1st round then the State Goverment 'gasak' the 2nd round. Thats why when the funds reaches the rakyat ... what is left is only bones ... all flesh had been eaten by those vultures.

Same thing happen to the oil royalty at Terengganu when PAS is the goverment, the FG had the final said but not the State Goverment. Now lagi worst, FG gasak the whole RM 1 billion of oil royalty of Kelantan (According to Tengku Razaleigh " FG must paid Kelantan the RM1 billion on oil royalty " because it is Tengku Razaleigh who drafted the agreement between the Federal Goverment ,Kelantan Goverment and Petronas).

When PAS won Terengganu state, how come the FG still keep on getting all the oil from the Terengganu state.

In our country, idiots like Abdul Shukur can only be found in Umno .... no where else ... sometimes, even the patients in Tanjung Bahagia (Tanjung Rambutan) give better logical comments then these Umno goons.
