show NAJIB who is the BOSS..let us fight this injustice ...we tell airline staff, voters to help defeat alleged fraud

we call on airline employees and voters to help fight fraud in the May 5 general election amid claims that over 40,000 dubious voters, including foreigners from Sabah and Sarawak, have been flown in since last week to key states in the peninsula like Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

The admission by Barisan Nasional (BN) that it was flying in voters from Sabah and Sarawak to Peninsular Malaysia strengthens allegations of attempts at vote-rigging.

The ruling coalition’s secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Mansor said yesterday that “friends” of BN are helping them fly voters back to peninsula but stressed that the flights were sponsored by “friends” of BN as part of the party’s “get out the vote” campaign for Election 2013.

The statement by Tengku Adnan is raising concerns that there is a planned attempt to tamper with the elections in Selangor.

Therefore, we appeal to staff involved like pilots, crew and technical staff not to be involved in activities that are against the law..

Polls reform group Bersih 2.0 co-chairman Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said earlier that the “friends” of BN had committed an election offence by flying in voters from east Malaysia to key states in the peninsula.

Ambiga, who is the co-chair of polls watchdog Bersih, also said such flights were “very suspicious” and pointed out that it was usually Sabahans and Sarawakians working in the peninsula who have to fly back home to vote in the Borneo states, and not the other way round.

“It’s an offence under 20(6)(b),” Ambiga told

It would be difficult for PR to gather solid evidence to prove its allegations but we echoed the Bersih leader’s view that Tengku Adnan’s explanation was not sufficient to dispel the claims.

His claim that these people are registered voters is highly suspicious as there is no reason for voters from Sabah to cast their votes in Selangor, let alone in big groups..

Yesterday, Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim alleged the Election Commission (EC) and the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) are involved in the operation and claimed to have “credible” documentary evidence that groups of foreign nationals have been brought in on 16 daily chartered flights since April 25.

Among the evidence was a copy of email correspondence allegedly issued from the PMO, in which details of the purported operation were discussed.

Both the PMO and MAS have denied any involvement while EC chief Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said this morning there was nothing wrong with BN flying in voters to the peninsula as long as the beneficiaries are not asked to vote for certain political parties or candidates.

It would be hard for PR to gather solid evidence to prove its allegation but it remains convinced that there is an actual attempt to manipulate the election outcome in key states like Selangor.

Anwar claimed yesterday PR was now close to a historic win, judging from the overwhelming response to its campaign but expressed concern that the attempted fraud could deny the coalition and the Malaysian people their democratic right to elect a government of their choice.

He said one of the ways to offset possible vote rigging was for voters to turn out in big numbers to cast their ballots.

In a bid to coax voters to come out and vote on Sunday, he said PR would declare May 6 a public holiday in the event the pact wins the election.

We need more volunteers to monitor the election process in SELANGOR .NAJIB wants it at all cost and we must not give it at all cost. This is our country and let us fight this injustice and show NAJIB who is the BOSS

Please take a photo of the name-list and share it on facebook, we need as much evidence as possible. Together with everyone's help we can crush BN once and for all.

Yes BN admitted flying in voters but we need to know what kind of voters. Are these foreigners or sabahans who have no right to vote in Selangor n KL in the first place bcos they dont work and live here?

use evil devils' money to fly back but when come to vote, VOTE PR to get rid of tainted evil devils/BN in country!!!!

If PDRM don't uphold the country's laws but instead fight against the rakyats who report wrong doings, then Malaysia is a FAILED AND LOST STATE .

PDRM is the ONLY authority that can PROTECT the rakyats from a corrupt system. But if instead, it takes the side of corruption and crime, .... the there might as well be NO PDRM.

So, PDRM,... are ou ging to UPHOLD YOUR PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY ... or are you , PDRM also contaminated by those scums of politicians ?
SHOW US .

We have to form the CITIZEN POLICE during Pooling day to PREVENT this ILL tactic of CHEATING and bring all those involved to Courts later......

Risk of post-polls protest as rows grow over voter flights, ink

Malaysia is facing the risk of public protests if results for the general election are questioned and contested for their accuracy and any suspicions of fraud,  ahead of polls this Sunday.

Recent polls have suggested the Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Rakyat (PR) are running neck and neck in the race to capture Putrajaya, with the incumbent probably still slightly ahead.

But in recent days, PR leaders have complained about the use of indelible ink for police and military voters which they claimed had washed off easily.

Anything over a 15-to-20 seat victory margin will lead to suspicion — the race is that close.

You’re going to see people on the streets” if election observers produce solid evidence of fraud..

Yesterday, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also said yesterday that over 40,000 dubious voters, including foreigners from Sabah and Sarawak, have been flown in since last week to key states in the peninsula like Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

The Prime Minister’s Office has denied Pakatan Rakyat’s (PR) claim that it is involved in flying in Malaysians and foreigners to the peninsula to vote in Sunday’s polls.

National carrier MAS has also denied allegations that it is deploying chartered flights to transport phantom voters.

Later, Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor acknowledged yesterday that voters were being flown in to the peninsula, but stressed that the flights were sponsored by “friends” of BN as part of the party’s “get out the vote” campaign for Election 2013.

“Friends” of BN have committed an election offence by flying in voters from east Malaysia to key states in the peninsula.

Such flights were “very suspicious” and pointed out that it was usually Sabahans and Sarawakians working in the peninsula who have to fly back home to vote in the Borneo states, and not the other way round.

“It’s an offence under 20(6)(b), referring to the Election Offences Act 1954.

Under that section, voters may be ferried to their polling stations across the sea, but that such transportation must be provided to all voters.

Hhowever, that since such flights were provided by “friends” of BN, it was likely that the flights were only for those voting for the coalition.

You’ve got to give it to everybody. You can’t be selective..

They have not shown themselves to be independent, referring to the Election Commission.

It’s a very close, hotly-contested election, and that’s when you need the referee to be really fair.

Anwar urged “patriotic Malaysians” yesterday to gather evidence of voter fraud and back him to “exorcise this country from the demons of BN and the Election Commission.”

The Election Commission has no power to investigate vote- buying claims, which fall under the authority of police and the anti-corruption agency, Kamaruddin Mohamed Baria, the body’s secretary-general, told

He urged groups to produce evidence of any irregularities and welcomed Bersih’s criticism of the commission.

Voter rolls have swelled to 13.3 million, a 22 per cent increase from the last election, according to Election Commission data.

To all the UMNO Baru and BN supporters, please understand that it is also your freedom to choose and rights that is violated by this caretaker UMNO/BN government!

You may not think that it is important but it is the future of the newer generation of Malaysians that is at stake here.

Do not support the unscrupulous UMNO Baru and BN warlords!

Bear in mind that the odds are stacked against the PR parties in bringing about change for the better!

Voters aged 21 to 29 make up 19 per cent of the electorate compared with 14 per cent in 2008.

Currently, the illegal movement of ballot votes in Manjung Perak where they were caught in the act and photos are available in the net. The SPR reason : to do checking. About 18,000 votes by the navy is compromised when it is brought out of the prison cell without any notification. The rest need more evidences.

BN will be at fault for not having a free and fair elections .It is still not too late for BN to ensure these phantom voters do not vote. Be a responsible party for the people

It will be a sad sad day if Malaysia's future is decided by phantoms and foreigners.

Fair play please. Malaysia belongs to Malaysians; not Banglas, Indons and Pakistanis!

BN friends are phantom voters....thousand of hantu is coming to VOTE EC said is ok

fathers ghost

The Election Commission (EC) said today that it is fine for individuals to ferry voters as long as the beneficiaries are not asked to vote for certain political parties or candidates.

Yesterday, Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor admitted that voters were being flown in to the peninsula, but stressed that the flights were sponsored by “friends” of BN as part of the party’s “get out the vote” campaign for Election 2013.

“It’s okay ... But if they give tickets, money, then ask voters to choose this party or this candidate, then that’s wrong,” said EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof (picture).

“If there are complaints ... MACC will investigate, police will investigate ... If it is proven to be graft, then that party is guilty,” he said, referring to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

EC is not aware of the move by “friends of BN”, but Abdul Aziz explained that nothing can be done to stop the flights.

“Even if it’s true, what’s wrong? Shall we stop the flights and stop people from coming back?” he told

Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said earlier that the “friends” of BN have committed an election offence by flying in voters from east Malaysia to key states in the peninsula.

Ambiga, who is the co-chair of polls watchdog Bersih, also said such flights were “very suspicious” and pointed out that it was usually Sabahans and Sarawakians working in the peninsula who have to fly back home to vote in the Borneo states, and not the other way round.

“It’s an offence under 20(6)(b),” Ambiga told , referring to the Election Offences Act 1954.

The prominent lawyer pointed out that under that section, voters may be ferried to their polling stations across the sea, but that such transportation must be provided to all voters.

She noted, however, that since such flights were provided by “friends” of BN, it was likely that the flights were only for those voting for the coalition.

“You’ve got to give it to everybody. That’s the test. You can’t be selective,” said Ambiga.

Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said yesterday that over 40,000 dubious voters, including foreigners from Sabah and Sarawak, have been flown in since last week to key states in the peninsula like Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

Ambiga urged BN to disclose the full list of voters who are being flown in to the peninsula and where they will be casting their votes in what is considered to be the closest election since independence.

“They should just come clean and tell us the whole story — who they are, their names, where are they are supposed to vote and would they have objections to people interviewing them,” said the former Bar Council president.

“Are these west Malaysians living or working in east Malaysia? Why is it they’re in such large groups only in certain areas of west Malaysia?” she added.

I urge all Malaysian to do our part, after we have cast our vote stay back for awhile & assist Pemantau & ABU to monitor the HANTU. God Bless Malaysia.

EC,MACC, and etc....all non functioning. See what happen to Taib.M case, nothing. Indebile Ink useless... Buy so expensive yet can clean off if didn't shake properly. What kind of excuse is that! Who is accountable for buying the ink. 1 australian senator come to malaysia just to witness but get block. Now thousand of hantu is coming to VOTE they say is ok!

The Elections Commission is insulting our intelligence just like what it did in saying that its staff did not shake the indelible ink. What sort of a sorry and pathetic "reason" the EC chairman is giving by saying its OK for individuals such as "BN friends" to fly in voters as long as the voters are not asked to vote for the political party. I would like to see BN friends flying in Pakatan voters just to prove the pathetic EC chairman is right in saying that this is allowed.

If this continue or happen during voting day, we better prepare like the doomsday prepper.

BN is destroying our country.

abdul aziz is talking a lot of nonsense. if you don't stop, the rakyat may stop it for you. it is bad enough that you didn't stop the illegal voters coming in by the thousands to vote for bn in critical states. the truth is, there are a million more waiting in sabah to come over here to vote in selangor, penang, kedah, kelantan, perak, johor, etc. by hook or by crook, bn will use whatever fraudulent method to ensure it is the victor. even now, our malay voters are worried of being swamped over by these foreigners. hopefully, the malays may remain united and vote wisely.

Adnan has mentioned that they are flying in people who are friends of BN and you say this is OK? Where is your credibility SPR?

Clearly EC is not independent, they should at least, with the power vested to EC in conjunction of conducting a clean & fair election, responsibility to investigate, demanding flight menifest.

But they didn't! We can't trust UMNO-BN govt, we can't even trust EC, god please save Malaysia!

new cheating tactics by EC to aid Umno-BN .... not shake the bottle causes no permanent ink ... for the simple reason to allow voters to vote more than once ....... scams continue ..... policies scammers forever .....!!!!

EC blames improper mixing for delible ‘indelible’ ink

Allegations that indelible ink can be easily removed by washing may be due to failure by the Election Commission (EC) staff to follow procedures.

EC secretary Datuk Kamaruddin Mohamed Baria said today following the allegations, the EC ran some tests yesterday and as a result, fingers smeared with ink from shaken bottles lasted longer than the others.

“Notwithstanding the impact of indelible ink, the EC like to emphasise that early voters who voted on April 30 2013 cannot vote again on May 5 because their names do not exist in the electoral roll for ordinary voters,” he said in a statement tonight.

Kamaruddin said the EC will continue to use indelible ink on May 5, 2013 in accordance with the requirements of the law currently in force.

The EC received the information via social networking sites with photograph of an early voter showing the indelible could be easily removed by washing.

Ridiculous excuse, EC. The preparation for this election has taken long time ago, there is no reason for this to happen. You have just wasted taxpayers' money for not doing your duty responsibly.

“Notwithstanding the impact of indelible ink, the EC like to emphasise that early voters who voted on April 30 2013 cannot vote again on May 5 because their names do not exist in the electoral roll for ordinary voters,” he said in a statement tonight.

ARE WE TO TRUST YOU ON THIS???????

Every trick in the book employed by third world dictatorships and banana republics in the past have been assimilated and vigorously applied by our egregiously one-sided Election Commission. There should be criminal prosecutions galore if Pakatan wins.

temporary pm excessive abuse of power.... he made the 13th election to be so corrupt

UMNO-BN foul tactics justify the means

Seizing on rising discontent over high property prices amid low wages among city folks, Datuk Seri Najib Razak has promised to build one million affordable houses across the country in the next five years in return for the urban vote.

The Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman’s coalition wants to win the May 5 general election with a convincing two-thirds parliamentary majority that was lost in Election 2008 when urban voters switched to the parties that now make up Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

Under gloomy skies, the caretaker prime minister focussed on affordable housing in a whistle-stop tour of Penang while introducing BN candidates to crowds largely made up of supporters and party workers yesterday.

“We promise one million affordable houses. But they promise, not one million, not 500,000 but just 150,000,” Najib said as he compared both coalition’s manifestos to a large crowd at the Penang riot police base in the Rifle Range residential area.

The working-class neighbourhood is the largest low-cost housing scheme in the island state, with nine 17- and 18-storey concrete blocks built in 1969 when the then opposition Gerakan won power. Gerakan is now part of BN and party secretary-general Teng Chang Yeow is the state coalition chief.

In Penang, Najib pledged to build 9,999 affordable flats in three DAP strongholds around the Rifle Range area, which is to be redeveloped from the 3,735 units into 4,800 units when combined with the police base land. The policemen are to be moved elsewhere.

He then asked the voters to elect the BN candidates to ensure the projects take off, saying “I have trust and confidence in this BN team to bring real change to Penang.”

Affordable housing has been a priority for Najib, whose government set up the PR1MA or People’s Housing 1 Malaysia agency to develop projects that cost RM400,000 for those earning RM3,000 monthly, who form a majority of urban voters and residents in Malaysia.

Housing has also been a major issue among voters, according to independent pollster Merdeka Center whose January survey showed 24 per cent of those interviewed rated “affordable housing” as an issue.

On mainland Penang, Najib told rural residents that his coalition was focussed on helping solve people’s problems rather than grandiose mega projects such as a tunnel connecting the island to the mainland proposed by caretaker Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s government.

“We want to help the people and that is why affordable housing is important,” he told party workers in Penaga, where his coalition’s new faces are facing candidates who have worked the ground the past few years.

“We will abolish the tunnel when we win the state. There is already a second bridge being complete. Why the hurry for the tunnel?” he asked rhetorically to applause from the crowd that was mostly clad in the coalition’s blue T-shirts.

The promise of affordable housing has also been repeated elsewhere in Najib’s blitzkrieg to shore up support in several key federal and state seats in Election 2013.

Just two weeks ago, the BN chairman launched the 1 Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Programme with houses priced from RM150,000 to RM300,000 in administrative capital Putrajaya.

The government will build 10,336 units of between 1,000 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft with the first phase would be located in Precinct 11 and Precinct 17 to be completed in 18 months.

There are also similar initiatives in other states, including in Malay-majority Negri Sembilan and Johor, as BN pins its hopes on getting enough support to continue its 56-years of unbroken rule in the country this Election 2013.

Najib, you are the incumbent government . You don't have to make promises. You should have done it in the past five years.

Where is the monorail , where is the duty free port or free port which the PCCTH was harping about..What kind of affordable home that cost Rm 400,000 and is called affordable ???? Do you think those who earn RM3,000 a month could pay an installment for a RM 400,000 house ?? pls. do your maths first , don't simply say anything because this is election time..

Every politician knows that last minute promises to an informed electorate will backfire. No sane politician will do it.

But desperate times require desperate measures and these are real desperate times for Najib.

The ship is sinking for the real captain was Rosmah. Lee Kuan Yew will tell you that. Najib rather listen to Rosmah then to UMNO. And UMNO watched as a hopelessly greedy wife ripped thru the treasury while thumbing on her husband with massive baggage.

At every rally you can literally see the anger and disgust written in people's face especially Gelang Patah..Lembag Pantai..Lahad Datu.

UMNO is out and in all likelihood will stay out. There is no place for race based politics in this day and age.

If there were no corruption, the overall cost of living would not rise, there would be more money in the pockets of rakyat. The constant in flow of immigrants without any check and balance is what i believe is causing the rise in housing and rise in rent around the country. Singaporeans are busy buying up whatever property we have that's seen as lucrative in turn pushing the cost of living up as well. This phenomena isn't being kept in check like how the singaporeans protect their own country by ensuring that properties are bought by singaporeans citizens and not sold out to foreigners!

Rising house prices? Why didn't BN anything to regulate it? As usual this evil government is playing hero and villain.

Why not the whole Malaysia gets affordable house! How? Get rid corruption, no crony economy, no toll, no car tax....then Malaysian will have good disposable income and we all can buy affordable house of our choice and location. Your affordable house will be of low quality, and the poor assigned to a locality and sooner or later create ghettos! Impose property tax on foreign buys!

I am sure the award of contract for these 1m has already been done! Unless PR wins!

You know Najib, PR 's 150k, is just trick to get you into delirious state! After 56 years of misrule and abuse, what makes us believe you and UMNO will deliver this MISPROMISE!

najib , before promise the change to the state of Kedah , change Sarawak chief thief first

Najib promises major changes to Kedah if BN wins power

Najib Razak today gave the Barisan Nasional’s (BN) firm commitment to bring major changes to Kedah if the coalition is given the mandate to helm the state after Sunday’s general election.

The prime minister said Kedah should rightfully enjoy major progress and development and not merely be known as a “rice bowl” state.

He said the time had come for Kedah folk to opt for BN in Sunday’s election.

“As BN chairman, I want to see Kedah progressing like other states. If it remains only as a “rice bowl” state, it appears as though there’s no planning.

“We will surely bring transformation and major changes to Kedahans,” he said when opening Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Awana in Pokok Sena near here.

Najib said he had a lot of ideas and plans to introduce changes in Kedah.

“This is not a problem if BN is mandated to govern the state,” he said.

Without elaborating on what was done by the PAS-led state government in the last five years, Najib said the BN wanted to bring transformation in Kedah, including in the Pokok Sena parliamentary constituency.

“That’s why we dare to come out with a report card to evaluate our achievements for the people to know.

“The report card means achievements, evaluation on our performance. The people can see and assess one by one. So, the best choice is to vote in BN,” he added.

These words were same even last time. He himself saying that they didnt care Kedah these many years. Our state would have seen major changes by now if they really wanted to do. We dont want you Najib. My vote for Anwar

Under BN Kedah will downgrade become Empty Rice Bowl of Malaysia

The transformation should be done years and years ago. Now it is too late too little for your rice bowl.

if you has ball...sue bar council instead Rafizi....Gary Lim denies fraud charges, to sue Rafizi for defamation

The MCA’s Pandan hopeful Gary Lim finally denied today allegations that he committed professional misconduct and fraud as a lawyer, saying he will soon file a defamation suit against his accuser, PKR’s Rafizi Ramli.

At a press conference here, the soft-spoken Lim (picture) told Rafizi, who is also fighting him for the Pandan seat, to stop playing “dirty politics” with his allegations.

“All I want to say is Pandan needs someone to do something for them. Not someone who indulges in this sort of dirty politics.

“What else has he got for the people of Pandan aside from all this?” he asked.

Lim was hit by allegations of fraud and misconduct a day before Nomination Day on April 20 with claims that he has a disciplinary case with the Malaysian Bar.

The Pandan MCA legal bureau chief was spiralled deeper into controversy when Rafizi whipped out documents on Nomination Day to expose his alleged wrongdoing.

The moment Lim’s candidacy was confirmed, the PKR “expose man” distributed photocopies of a police report lodged against Lim by a well-known legal firm over alleged fraud.

Rafizi also distributed copies of the Bar Council’s letter to Lim dated January 21 this year seeking an explanation from the lawyer on a show-cause letter he had purportedly received from the same legal firm for misrepresentation.

He later released the show-cause letter from his former employer Shearn Delamore and Co, dated Februay 19 this year, which demanded his explanation for alleged misrepresentation.

When asked, however, if Lim denied even receiving the letters from the legal firm and the Bar Council, Ramlan Ahmad, spokesperson for Lim’s legal team, said the MCA man was only denying its contents.

“It is not entirely true. What Rafizi posted to the public is only half-truth. But we cannot reveal the true story now until our investigation is done,” Ramlan said.

“We are denying the accusations in the letters... not denying the letters.”

When prodded to respond, Lim agreed with Ramlan.

“Otherwise, I would have been called up a long time ago,” he pointed out.

He would not, however, reveal if he had responded to the two letters, turning to Ramlan instead when the question was posed to him.

“As I said, there are certain questions we cannot answer. I am so sorry about that... I cannot reveal a lot of things,” said Ramlan, who lodged a report against Rafizi at the Ampang district police headquarters at 12.45pm today.

“We are showing what action we have taken and what we have done to counter his claims,” he added.

Ramlan also said that Rafizi had publicly exposed documents that were deemed as “private and confidential” and should face the book for his actions.

Lim’s team said, however, that a complaint will only be lodged to the Bar Council against Rafizi after the election this May 5.

Asked how much damages Lim plans on suing Rafizi, Ramlan said “around RM50 or RM100 million”, adding that the details will be finalised later.

In the police report distributed by Rafizi on Nomination Day, Shearn Delamore & Co had confirmed that Lim was its employee between November 2000 and August 2004, and between September 2007 until October 30, 2011, when he resigned from his position as “salaried partner”.

Citing information from the Bar Council, the firm said in the report that Lim may have misrepresented himself as an advocate and solicitor still attached to it during his four-month stint at a well-known multinational company between December 2011 and March 2012.

Asked today why he had left the company after four months, Lim said he had resigned willingly to be a full-time politician and had not been dismissed.

The MCA man has also been accused of using the legal firm’s letterheads.

The Bar Council, in its correspondence to Lim earlier this year, told the lawyer to explain his actions within 14 days of receiving its letter, which was dated January 21, 2013.

The council also told Lim to refer to section 37(1)(b) of the Legal Profession Act 1976, which provides that, “an advocate and solicitor shall be guilty of an offence if found wilfully and falsely pretends to be, or takes or uses any name, title, addition or description implying that he is duly qualified or authorised to act as an advocate and solicitor, or that he is recognised by law as so qualified or authorised”.

In the letter, the council said that failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe may result in the matter being referred to the Disciplinary Board.

In his initial responses on the issue, Lim had denied knowledge of any case with the Bar Council, saying he had never been called to face the disciplinary board.

The lawyer, who is replacing incumbent Pandan MP Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, has also said he had stopped his legal practice about a year ago due to his duties as the MCA legal bureau chief for the party’s Pandan division.

Rafizi, Lim and Ong’s former private secretary Allan Tan will clash in a three-way battle for the Pandan seat this general election.

this is not about dirty politics but about ethics and morality Gary .We need people like Rafizi to keep everyone on their toes working for the rakyat and not their pockets
