Chua Tian Chang, or Tian Chua as he is more popularly known, the MP of Batu has been found guilty for biting a police personnel and stopping him from discharging his duties in an incident 2 years ago. For this, the Magistrate Court sentenced him to 6 months jail and a fine of RM3,000. According to Magistrate Faizi Che Abu, Tian is granted a stay of execution for him to file his appeal which according to his lawyers would be done as soon as possible.
He was charged under the Section 332 of the Penal Code for the incident where he bit Rosyaidi Anuar at the front entrance of the Parliament building on 11 December 2007 at 10.45am. The offence carries a maximum of 3 years jail or RM2,000 or both. If he is jailed for more than 1 year or inflicted with a fine of more than RM2,000, then he will be disqualified from his parliamentary seat. Hence, the appeal will play an important role in shaping his political career.

Never mind Tian Chua,
Their actions will only anger the rakyat more and more support will be to the PR. Another own goal to BN.
Too many evil things had happened, are happening and will happen if this country continues to be ruled by BN.
1) What sort of Justice is this? I'm not a lawyer. The police is at fault for punching Tian Chua first. But the police escaped, not called to court or punished. I think the police is paid for instigating Tian Chua. This showed our COURT are filled with dishonest lawyers and judges!! This is so clear and evident.
Anyone with COMMON SENSE will know who is right or wrong. We don't need NO COMMON SENSE LAWYERS AND JUDGES, WASTING OUR COUNTRY'S MONEY TO EMPLOY THEM.
2)It is so clear that the opposition party want to get rid of Tian Chua, and if possible to kill him like Teo Beng Hock, and declare that he committed suicide also.
Believe me guys...this absurd decision by the magistrate will vent the rakyat's fury!
