young won’t support ‘corrupt’ Putrajaya

Share

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is confident young voters will not support Barisan Nasional (BN) in the upcoming general elections, despite the success of Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s Million Youths Assembly in Putrajaya yesterday.

The Pakatan Rakyat (PR) defacto leader said today that no youth movement would be supportive of a government administration which practiced cronyism and corruption at the highest level of power.

“I have no fear at all,” Anwar told a gathering of 200 people during a session with young professionals here.

“No youth movement would support a decadent, corrupt, obsolete system, I am sure they (young voters) will not defend it,” Anwar stressed.

Prime Minister Najib called on youths yesterday to defend Putrajaya from the opposition if they wished to see Malaysia transformed into a developed country.

His deputy Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had told reporters that the total visitors to the assembly surpassed the one million mark.

While Najib has argued his case for economic transformation by keeping BN in Putrajaya, PKR has charged that only way for change was through political reforms — by voting for a change in the federal government.

Malaysians hate corruptions and UMNO & BN are practising corruption with so many mega scandals losing billions of rakyat money !!!

The Young Malaysians hate corruptions and with Najib appointing all corrupt UMNOPUTRAS to high post, evil UMNO & Bn will be voted out for good in PRU 13!

The crowd gather at Putrajaya could be large but to claim it reached a million maybe an overstatement or exaggerated. BN should not be overjoyed with huge crowd at the events as it may not translated into support for them in GE 13 if the current trend around the world are use as a yardstick.
