Guan Eng persuaded Phee not to quit DAP

Lim Guan Eng, the Chief Minister of Penang has clarified the situation of Phee Boon Poh, the Sungai Puyu Assemblyman and announced that Phee will not be resigning from his post both in the state and in the DAP party. This came in light after it was reported that Phee has submitted his resignation to Lim recently where he wants to leave his state government post as well as from DAP. Lim intervened and managed to persuade Phee to retract his letter. Lim said “Phee had withdrawn his resignation upon his (Lim) intervention and remained in his posts as the state DAP committee member, Bagan division vice chairman and Bagan Jermal branch chairman. There was a miscommunication within the party some time ago but the matter had been resolved with his intervention.” And that there is no misunderstanding between Phee and him.

Hopefully Phee will not be blinded again by UMNO/bn's offer of big bonuses for jumping ship or risk being piss on by the people.Hope he takes the struggle of the people as his 1st priority,that is to throw UMNO/bn out of the ruling seat to achieve the objectives of our nation which includes peace,unity,harmony,democracy and economic progress.
