Why do you think a group of men can carry a severed head of a cow and walk in public protesting the erection of a temple in Seksyen 23, while the relevant authorities just step aside and keep quiet? Despite the fact that the demonstrators blatantly flout with the country’s Sedition Act?
When someone carries the severed head of a cow, and kick the head of the cow with their bare feet, while realizing that the cow is a sacred animal to the Hindus just like Kaabah to Muslims. How would Muslims feel if a bunch of non muslims carries the replica of Kaabah and use the replica to be kicked and spat on? The same is felt by all Hindus in Malaysia and the world when a severed cow-head is carried in a disrespectful way by the UMNO henchmen?
It is without a doubt an act of sedition and provocation towards starting an event equivalent to nothing less than a race riot. The police should have been knocking on their doors minutes after the event had ended. Yet, to this day, none of the perpetrators were ever arrested or even summoned for questioning. I bet Tian Chua must feel really Tian Chua gets called to the police station for offences he has never committed, most of the time.
From my sources well placed inside UMNO, the idea behind the cow-head is to trigger racial clashes across Selangor comparable to the Taman Medan incident. When racial clashed occurs naturally across Selangor, the BN Federal Government with related enforcement authorities, will then step in and declare a state of emergency in Selangor and suspend Selangor’s state government. Selangor will then be administered directly by the Federal government.
Let me also remind you that Selangor had once been administered direct by the Federal government after the May 13th incident. So, having Selangor administered again by Federal government is not new to Selangor.
Not only that, in the aftermath, the entire Selangor state exco will be arrested and will be found guilty with various trumped up charges and they will languish in jail for the next 20-30 years, minimum. And during the next 3-4 years, before the next General Elections, the Selangor people will be indoctrinated into believing that the Pakatan Rakyat is not capable of uniting the various race and creed in the state of Selangor. The only stable choice is Barisan Nasional.
Every voter will vote for stability and will fall for such clever deception by UMNO and BN without realizing that it was UMNO who started the act of provocation. In the next coming years, Pakatan will be deemed as a risky choice, thus Barisan Nasional will be the only choice left for the people. It has happened before i.e after the May 13 incident, and it is what is hoped to be repeated by powers that be.
Apparently, according to my source, their attempt to purchase 9 ADUN has not been very successful. At most, they are only able to get 4 ADUN an even that is still iffy. And now, after Perak, they cannot move so indiscreet anymore because indiscretion will expose them even more and thus eroding their popularity which is already suffering.
So, the MAGERAN attempt seems like their only possible choice and the most cheapest and practical. Plus, it will lend the BN a level of credibility that they are so lacking right now.
Best Solution Right Now?
Just keep still and do not respond to these provocations. Do not take to heart what has happened in Shah Alam and the cow’s head demonstration. It is all an act of provocation. It is not worth responding too.
For Indians in Section 23, it is my advice that you stop to the local Pasar Ramadhan and buy your Malay/Muslim neighbor a dish and present it to them before “Buka Puasa”. It is a gesture to show that you are do not view what had transpired as personal and you would like to restore whatever relationship you had with your neighbor prior to the incident.
A bit of kindness will go far in these type of circumstances.
Best Way for Payback
There is a by-election in Negeri Sembilan in a few week’s time. If you want revenge, come down to Bagan Pinang during the campaign and get every single Indian and Chinese voter to come out to vote and vote Pakatan Rakyat. If you cannot come down, then do a collection and donate to the Pakatan Rakyat campaign machinery in Bagan Pinang.
A loss in Bagan Pinang will mark the demise of UMNO and Barisan Nasional and that is the sweetest revenge for every Hindu in Malaysia. And it is safe and legal. No one can fault you or arrest you for doing this. It is within your rights as a Malaysian.
And it will hurt UMNO and Barisan Nasional much more this way compared to taking up violence in respond to the severed cow head demonstration. Try it. It’s worth it.
