Semen can remain in body up to 72 hours

According to a surgeon from HKL (Hospital Kuala Lumpur) Dr Razali Ibrahim, seminal fluids could still be present in a person’s rectum for up to 72 hours if the person is sodomized. Dr Razali, who was the surgeon who examined alleged sodomy victim Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan in the high profile Sodomy II case involving Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim explained the situation to lead prosecutor Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden. Mohd Yusof asked “When a person ejaculates into the anus, how long would the fluids remain in anus area before it trickles down?”

Dr Razali said “About 72 hours. In some cases, you can still get samples within the 72 hours as the anal canal is not straight,” To this, Sankara Nair for the defence team asked if Dr Razali had any authority in making such conclusions where he replied “When I did the examination, I did not know what to expect or whether I would find any samples. It is not necessary there be faeces in the rectum area... I agree, at that time when I examined Saiful, there was no faeces,”

Dr Razali - the bapuk, Saifool claimed that he hasn't shat and washed his arsehole for 72 hours (wonder if he prayed all this while), yet when you examined it, it was EMPTY (no feaces). What does that tell you - he is lying and it is a set up.
