Sankara Nair, the lead counsel for opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has refuted the claims by Rahimi Osman, a former aide of Anwar who claimed that he was forced to sign 2 statutory declarations in 2008 saying that Rohimi had in fact voluntarily signed the documents. He said “I emphatically wish to state that Rahimi was not forced to sign the SD. He made the SD voluntarily and the SD was in Anwar’s favour. He (Rahimi) freely gave out information… I was present along with other lawyers when he was giving his account of what had happened,”
He also said that Latheefa Koya, the information chief of PKR (Parti Keadilan Rakyat) was in charged of getting Rahimi to sign the declarations and did not force him as claimed (by Rahimi) where the statutory declarations implicated the prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor to have masterminded a conspiracy against Anwar.
Sankara added that “The signing was done before Latheefa... why is he making an about turn only now? After about 3 years? Clearly smells sinister. The defence team would consider taking this matter to court, as Rahimi is currently part of the defence team’s witness list. You can say that we are considering contempt of court... He has always been a defence witness. But I can only make further comments after I site Rahimi’s police report and the SDs that he is making references to confirm they are the same ones that are in my possession,”

Another pokkai bastard in need of money
Rahimi Osman, my advise to you is to sell your family at chowkit
dont be a pariah bastard
Notice both former aides are young (Saiful now Rahimi)? I guess it is easier to buy them and get them to be guineapigs.
Whatever it is, this time there is confidence that the lawyers of DSAI were there as witnesses for the SD. This is going to be fun to watch. Another bolehland production.
